The gardens reach their peak of
flowering in early October with native plants flowering
a little earlier than the "exotics," however
our Tree Peonies flower from early October through to
late October with the mauves flowering first, followed
by the purples, reds and whites then later on the oranges
and yellows.
Garden visitors and guests love
to wander the gardens, particularly amongst the Australian
Native plants and are surprised by what they see. One
visitor claimed she didn't need to go to Western Australia
as she had her own "Mini King's Park" here.
